The Oregon Scientific BHT663 Wireless Modular Weather Forecaster with Clock collects, measures and then empties accumulated rainfall from a sturdy plastic bucket while reporting the results back to a wireless monitoring station! The affordable wireless rain gauge has a stylish silver console with black trim and displays daily and historical rainfall amounts as well as a nine-day historical record. A reset feature allows you to monitor total rainfall amounts over any period of time since the last reset. The wireless rain gauge records rainfall amounts in millimeters or inches. The console is either wall-mountable or can be displayed on a table or desktop. This attractive and economical wireless rain gauge is easily installed and has a low-battery indicator. It also features a clock and calendar with 12 or 24-hour display formats and has an effective transmission range of approximately 100 feet (line-of-sight). Instruction manual included.
